We secure the physical spaces where cyber security cannot reach.
SAPP Security exists because the security industry has a blind spot. Cyber security watches the digital perimeter. Physical guards watch the gate. But once someone is inside your building, both defences face completely outward.
We protect the soft inside.
Physical proximity is the attack vector nobody is watching.
The most damaging security breaches in corporate history were not sophisticated network hacks. They were enabled by physical proximity. An insider with a USB key. A contractor photographing a whiteboard. A visitor in a lobby reading an unlocked screen.
SAPP Security was founded to close this gap. We provide a practical framework, on-site specialist services, and a purpose-built platform for Proximity Threat Management (PASM). We find and fix the physical gaps, exposed devices, and everyday habits that let someone walk in and access your sensitive information without triggering a single cyber security alarm.
Our approach is methodical. Master keycards left in desk drawers, printers without authentication, screens visible from the street. We turn observations like these into scored risks with assigned owners and deadlines. Then we make sure they actually get fixed.
What We Believe
Physical security is the forgotten attack surface. Cyber budgets grow every year. Physical proximity threats still go unmonitored. That gap is where real damage happens.
Annual audits are not enough. A yearly check gives you a snapshot that goes stale within weeks. We think security monitoring should run every day of the year.
Finding problems is easy. Fixing them is the hard part. Every vulnerability we find gets assigned to a specific person with a deadline. No report should gather dust on a shelf.
Security is a cost, and we get it. We help you build the internal business case so the budget holders understand why this matters.
The Directors
Two directors. One runs the technical work. The other runs the business. Between them, they cover everything from hands-on site assessments to getting security budgets approved.
Marko Tuisk
Director
Marko has spent his career in the space where physical security meets technical security. He has conducted physical penetration tests, led TSCM (technical surveillance countermeasures) sweeps, and designed security systems that bridge the physical-digital divide. He works hands-on with clients across the UK and Europe.
Raili Maripuu
Director
Raili runs the commercial side of SAPP Security. She knows how to build a business case that gets security budgets approved, and she keeps client projects on track from first call to final report. Her focus is making sure our work leads to measurable risk reduction, not just another document on a SharePoint.
The Three-Phase Deployment Framework
We work in three phases. First, our specialists come on site and find the problems. Then we load everything into our SaaS platform so you can see and manage it. Finally, we connect to your existing systems so monitoring runs continuously. The goal is to move you from a one-off assessment to year-round protection.
Phase I
The Initial Proximity Audit
On-site specialists
We come to your site and do a thorough physical and technical sweep. We find the worst vulnerabilities first: master keycards in desk drawers, printers leaking network topologies, screens visible from the car park. This sets the baseline.
Phase II
Custom SaaS Onboarding
Platform setup
Physical assets get tagged with QR codes. Network configurations are whitelisted. Your security team gets access to the mobile app. Every finding from Phase I goes into the risk registry with a risk score, an owner, and a compliance mapping.
Phase III
Always-On Monitoring
Continuous protection
The platform connects to your existing access control systems, network probes, and daily guard routines. Proximity security goes from a one-off inspection to year-round monitoring. Your risk score tracks improvement over time.
